Chicken BLT salad

3 c chicken breast, sliced
2 lg tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 c romaine salad
6 bacon slices, crumbled
1 sm ripe peeled avocado
1/4 c low fat buttermilk
2 tbsps Greek yogurt
2 tbsps salsa
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Place avocado, buttermilk, yogurt, salsa, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Combine the chicken, tomatoes, romaine, and bacon in a large bowl, toss well.
Drizzle with Creamy Avocado Dressing.
