Chicken cabbage wraps (baked)


150g cabbage - peel the leaves, blanched to soften and drain out excess water
200g minced chicken meat
1 tbsp cornflour
1 medium size onion - chopped
salt and pepper to taste
6-7 tbsp olive oil
Grated Cheese as needed (optional)


Add chicken, cornflour, onion, salt and pepper taste into a bowl.
Mix all in together.
Into each of the cabbage leaves, fill about 1 1/2 tsp of the chicken mixture.
Wrap the leaves all over to get a parcel.
Place the wraps in a baking tray and drizzle a generous splash of olive oil (I used about 5-6 tbsp)
Bake for about 40 mixture or until the leaves are dark brown in color here and there.
Remove and serve together with the olive oil, sprinkle the cheese on top and some chilly sauce to be dipped into.
