CHICKEN CACCIATORE
Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut up
Spaghetti sauce
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Season chicken and roll lightly in flour. Pan brown chicken in 1 to 2
tablespoons oil.
Pour in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
