Chicken Cashew Casserole

1/4 cup finely diced Onion
1 cup finely diced Celery
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 can condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup Chicken Broth (may be made with bouillon and warm water)
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 drops of Tabasco Sauce
2 cups diced, cooked Chicken
1 cup Chow Mein Noodles (dry, comes in pkg. or cardboard cylinder)
1/3 cup Cashew Nuts (coarsely chopped)
Saute’ onion and celery in butter; add soup, broth, seasonings and chicken. Simmer until blended; pour into 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and cashew nuts evenly over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
