Chicken Delight

Boil four large chicken breasts, cool and shred. Put in a large bowl and add:
1/2 cup each chopped celery, onion & water chestnuts
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or ranch dressing)
1/2 pkg (8 oz) potato chips, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped fine or 1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper

Mix well and place in a lightly greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
