Ingredients
◦3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
◦3 slices of bacon
◦1 can – 10.5 oz Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
◦1 cup sour cream
◦Optional – fresh parsley
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 320°
2.Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each piece of chicken.
3.Mix soup and sour cream together in a bowl.
4.Put bacon wrapped chicken in casserole dish, laying chicken next to each other.
5.Pour soup, sour cream mixture over chicken.
6.Bake covered @ 320 ° for 2 1/2 hours, then uncover and cook for another 20 minutes.
