Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped red pepper OR green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley OR dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 lemon slices
Directions:
SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and paprika. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Garnish with lemon slices.
