Chicken Ole`
1 whole chicken, boiled until tender and deboned, cut to bite size pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 8 oz. jar picante sauce
1 package flour tortillas, torn into bite size pieces
2 cups grated Colby/Jack cheese

Cook and debone the chicken. Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, sour cream and picante sauce together.
Spread spoonful of sauce on bottom of crockpot, Layer of tortillas, chicken, and sauce, repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Cook on low for about 5 hours, top with grated cheese last 30 minutes.
