Chicken Salsa Packet
4 12x18” sheets aluminum foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1¼ lbs)
1-cup chunky salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of foil. Spoon salsa over chicken. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation. Repeat to make 4 packets. Bake at 450 for 18-22 minutes on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Time may vary, so cook until done.
