Chicken Stuffed Shells

2 lbs. boneless chicken
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 box jumbo macaroni shells
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 can water, milk, or chicken broth

Boil chicken. Cool and shread or chop into pieces. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Combine stuffing, chicken and sour cream. Cook macaroni shells in boiling water for 8-10 minutes; cool. Stuff shells with stuffing mixture and place in 9 x 13" pan. Combine soup and water. Cover shells with soup mixture. Sprinkle with Mozarella cheese on top. Bake at 325°F. uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
