Chicken Tortilla Dumplings

6 large b/s chicken breasts cubed
2 ribs celery chopped
1 onion chopped
2 T chicken bouillon granules
1 can cream of chicken soup

10 -8" flour tortillas

Place chicken breasts, 10 C water, celery and onion in roasting pan. Bring
to boil, reduce heat and cook about 30 minutes till chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and set aside to cool

Save broth in roasting pan (about 9 C broth). Add chicken bouillon and
taste to make sure it is rich and tasty. Add more bouillon if needed and
more water if you don’t have 9 Cup Add chicken soup to broth and bring to
boil.

Cut tortillas into 2x1 inch strips. Add strips one at a time to briskly
boiling broth mixture and stir constantly. When all strips are in saucepan,
pour in chicken reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir
well but gently to prevent dumplings from sticking. Most of chicken and
dumplings will be very thick. Pour into a verly large serving bowl and
serve hot.
