Chili Cheese Strata

1 loaf French bread, cut in 1- inch cubes
2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1-8oz jar mild green chili salsa or 4oz chopped green chilis and 4oz salsa, combined
4 eggs
1 can-11oz condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
2 cups milk or half and half
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In a greased 2 qt. casserole, arrange bread cubes evenly. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese evenly over cubes. Pour chili salsa to cover evenly; set aside. In a large bowl, mix together next 5 ingredients; pour over bread. Top with remaining cheese. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Uncover and dust top with paprika. Bake at 350F for 30 mins. or until lightly browned and bubbly.
