Chili Topped Meat Loaf

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 egg
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chili sauce, divided

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix ground chuck, egg, onion flakes, cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup chili sauce with hands. Shape into loaf. Place in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover with remaining chili sauce. Bake 55-60 minutes.

Serves 6.
