So Easy…SO GOOD!!!
CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD
Dressing – shake well and chill:
½ cup salad oil
½ cup sugar
¼ cup white wine vinegar (I use white vinegar)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Bake at 350 degrees – 15 minutes:
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (broken up)
1 cup sesame seeds
½ cup slivered almonds
Toss above ingredients with:
1 head shredded Chinese cabbage
1 bunch of chopped green onion
TOSS EVERYTHING AT THE LAST MINUTE!!
LOW FAT VERSION OF THE DRESSING:
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil (I use vegetable oil)
½ cup rice wine vinegar (I use white vinegar)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup water
