Chinese Chicken Wings

Chinese Chicken Wings

Batter:

1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs
dash of garlic salt
¼ cup milk

Dip wings in batter and deep fry until brown.

Sauce:

½ cup white sugar
¼ cup water
½ cup vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup

When wings are deep fried, arrange them on cooking tray, pour sauce over chicken wings.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for ½ hour, and turn and baste often.
