Chinese Five Spice Marinade
If you want to add some great Chinese flavors to anything you grill, this is a great marinade. Perfect on beef or poultry. Make this marinade a day in advance to get the most out of the flavors.
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup minced green onions
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons chili oil
2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
2 teaspoons five-spice powder
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Great on beef or poultry. Make a day in advance to enhance flavors but this one shouldn’t be stored too long.
