This recipe makes a great appetizer or meal.
4 pounds pork baby back ribs
10 green onions, sliced
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup rice wine
4 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons curry spice
1/2 tablespoon pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger root, grated
Trim excess fat and remove membrane from ribs. In a blender combine all ingredients except for the ribs. Blend until smooth. Spread 1/2 mixture over ribs, cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Preheat grill.
Grill ribs over a medium fire for about 10 to 15 minutes per side, turning as needed. Brush occasionally with remaining sauce. Cut ribs individually.
