Choclate Fondue With Coffee Liqueur

1 c whipping cream
6oz semi-sweet choc., coarsely chopped
2 oz coffee liqueur such as Kahlua {omitted}{omitted}
1 t vanilla
sliced or whole fresh fruit such as star fruit, figs, strawberries, mandarins and pineapple.

Sliced or whole fresh fruit such as star fruit, figs, strawberries, mandarins and pineapple. Place cream in a small saucepan. Bring almost to boil over medium-high heat. Add chocolate, liqueur and vanilla. Mix until chocolate is melted and well incorporated. Remove from heat and pour into heat proof bowl or small fondue pot. Arrange fruit around it. Use small forks or skewers to dunk fruit into chocolate mixture. Makes 4—6 servings. Note: Other liqueurs, such orange, cherry or hazelnut, could replace the coffee.
