Chocolate Chess Pie

this is my first post, so here goes:

Chocolate Chess Pie

1/2 stick butter, melted
3 heaping Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix cocoa with melted butter until smooth. Add other ingredients, one at the time, beating well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes, or until set. Cool and top with whipped cream or that new vanilla Cool Whip! Easy and delicious!
