Chocolate Graham Goodies
3/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco® Shortening
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 package (12 ounce) M&M’S® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream Butter Flavor Crisco® Shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract, blending well. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; blend well into creamed mixture. By hand, stir in M&M’S® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.
