Chocolate Marshmallow Crisps

1 pkg. (11 1/2 oz., 2 cups) milk chocolate morsels
2 tablespoons shortening
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots or raisins (optional)
2 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
Vegetable cooking spray

In small saucepan, combine milk chocolate morsels and shortening. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread mixture in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, coated with cooking spray. Chill. Cut into 2 x 1 1/4-inch squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
