Chocolate Peanut Butter Pizza
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar (packed)
1/2 C Margarine or butter, softened
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 t vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 C flour
2 C mini marshmallows
6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375°
Combine & blend first 6 ingredients.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour. Press dough evenly over bottom of 12/14" pizza pan & form rim along edge. Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows & chocolate chips; continue to bake for 5-8 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Cool & cut into wedges. Store in tightly covered container
