I’m making shrimp with a white garlic sauce and spaghetti. Also wheat rolls to go with it.
2 lbs. raw shrimp
1/2 stick butter
seafood seasoning
garlic pepper seasoning
Thaw and remove shells from shrimp. Saute in butter and seafood seasoning and garlic pepper seasoning to taste.
4 oz. spaghetti
water to cook spaghetti in
Boil water and add spaghetti. Cook until done.
White Sauce
4 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup flour
4 cups milk
Seafood seasoning
garlic pepper seasoning
garlic salt
Melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook a minute. Slowly add milk, whisking vigorously. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick and smooth. Season to taste with seafood seasoning, garlic pepper seasoning and garlic salt. Mix in spaghetti and serve with shrimp over the top.
