Chunky Chili Casserole

2 cups STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor or Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped (small)
15 oz chili with beans (1 can)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/2 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

Mix stuffing mix and hot water in 2-quart microwavable casserole. Spread evenly in casserole.

Mix meat and onion in large microwavable bowl. Cover loosely with wax paper.

Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in chili, 1 cup of the cheese, corn and olives. Spoon over stuffing. Cover loosely with wax paper.

Microwave 10 minutes, rotating casserole halfway through cooking time. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
