I have a question as to when I bake cinnabon cookies they always sink in the middle. Any help with this problem would be appreciated
It could be a number of things - your baking powder is stale - your butter is melted too much - you are over beating the dough. Mix your dough just until the dry ingredients are incorporated into the wet. Chill your cookies before baking them.
