Cinnamon Swirl Cookies
1 (18 ounce) tube sugar cookie dough, softened
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness; form into rectangular shape.
Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough from long side. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dough into 18 slices. Place on baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from sheets and cool on wire racks.
