Classic Cannolis

Makes:12 servings, 1 cannoli each

1 container (32 oz.)POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. real vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 cannoli shells

MIX ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips; cover. Refrigerate 30 min.
FILL shells with the cheese mixture.
SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

If you don’t want them soggy never refrigerate cannolis once they are filled. Only fill them when you are ready to serve them. You can have the filling made and refrigerated and the shells stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
