Ingredients:
• Caramel
- 100g Sugar
- 5 Tbsp Water
• Flan
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 200g Condensed milk
- 400ml Milk
- 80g Grated coconut
Instructions:
• Caramel
- In a saucepan, put 100g Sugar
- Add 5 Tbsp of water
- Put on medium low heat
- Let cook until boiling
- Mix lightly just so that the mixture is incorporated, you must stop mixing so that the sugar does not crystallize
- Pour the caramel into a mold
• Flan: - In a container, break 3 eggs
- Add 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- Mix well
- Add 200g Condensed milk
- Mix well
- Add 400ml Milk
- Mix well
- Add 80g Grated coconut
- Mix well
- Pour the mixture into the mold
• Baking - Place the prepared mold in a larger mold
- Fill a baking dish with hot water up to a quarter of the
way - Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 356 °F for 50 minutes
- Let cool to room temperature, after refrigerate 4 hours or (overnight)
