Copycat Costco Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb monterey jack cheese shredded
1 lb cream cheese cut into small chunks
1 cup mayonnaise
4 artichoke hearts finely minced
3 jalapeños finely minced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Combine and mix well. Let chill overnight in refrigerators to combine flavors.
Serve with veggies, bread, chips or crackers
