Corn casserole

1 Stick unsalted butter (melted)
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tblsp. baking powder
8 oz. box corn muffin mix
1 15oz. can kernel corn, drained
1 15oz. can creamed corn
1 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tsp. honey

(Preheat oven 350 degrees—Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into baking dish.

Bake 1 hour and top of casserole is golden brown.
Makes 6-8 servings.
