Corn Dogs

1 1/2 cups Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Canola Oil
1 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1 Egg
1 1/3 cups Milk
1 package Hot dogs
1 pinch Salt
1/3 c Flour for dusting

Blend flour,sugar, salt, cornmeal, and mustard. Beat egg and
add milk and salad oil, then add to flour mixture. Stir until well
blended. Wipe franks dry and stick skewers into one end.
Dust with flour and dip into the batter covering well. Place into
375 oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and
serve hot.
