Cornbread Casserole
Ingredients
◦1 can cream of corn
◦3 cans regular corn, do not drain (can use the one with red peppers for color)
◦1 stick of butter, melted
◦16 oz. sour cream
◦2 boxes Jiffy corn bread
◦2 Tbsp. sugar
◦4 eggs
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°
2.Mix well and bake for 1 hour.
