Cottage Cheese Pakoras
1 c. small-curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 T.rice flour
1 large onion
1 can (4oz.) diced green chiles
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep-frying
Finely chop the onion and cilantro.
Add diced green chiles
Mix in the remaining ingredients to make a thick…sticky paste.
Add salt and pepper to your liking
Form into small patties and fryon each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce
