Crab Salad

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp tarragon, dried
8 dashes Angostura bitters (opt)
1 Tbsp brandy
Lettuce leaves (for garnish)
1 pound fresh crab meat, chilled

Mix all ingredients except lettuce leaves and crab meat. Chill well. Garnish individual plates with lettuce leaves. Just before serving, gently fold crab meat into sauce mixture and arrange on top of lettuce.
