Cranberry Wheat Bread for Bread Machine
Makes 1 1/2 Lb. Loaf
1 1/8 cups water
1 1/2 tbsps. Canola oil
3 tbs. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tsps. yeast
Add ingredients to machine in order given.Bake on "basic
wheat"or “light” setting.
