Cream Cheese Pinwheels



Flour tortillas any size
1 or more, Philadelphia cream cheese soft spread or block cheese.

Vidalia onion or your favorite type. Fancy, yellow or what-evers.
(as much as you like)

Pimentos minced (as much as you like)

Black olives minced (as much as you like)

Green pepper minced (as much as you like)

**You can add any ingredient with your cream cheese: jalapeños,
garlic, red peppers, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, chicken, crabmeat
or what ever you like.

All ingredients should be at room tempture and minced or
Chop up your ingredients very small.

Add the ingredients to your cream cheese.

Warm up your tortillas and spreed cheese mix onto your flour tortillas.

Roll up your tortillas tight and wrap with cling wrap, place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

Do not freeze them.

Before serving slice the roll into ½ inch pieces. (slice the roll ups as soon as you remove them from the refrigerator)“use a Very sharp knife.”

Serve with the meal or as a appetizer.


Replace all the ingredients with peanut butter and jelly (there favorite brands and flavors of course)warm up your tortillas and Spread the mix, wrap and refrigerate for 24 hrs. Before serving slice into ½ inch pieces.

I have made up as many as 12 10" tortilla rolls and there was no left overs.
