Creamy Banana Pudding

• 2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 3 cups cold water
• 1 (4-serving) package instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (4-serving) package instant Banana pudding mix
• 4 cups (2 pints) heavy cream, whipped with 2-3 T sugar
• 72 vanilla wafers (most of a box)
• 6 medium bananas, sliced (Optional: dip sliced bananas in lemon juice)

• Whisk sweetened condensed milk and water in large bowl. Add pudding mix. Whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream.
• SPOON 2 cups pudding mixture into 4 to 5-quart glass serving bowl or large 9x13 pan. Top with one-third each of the vanilla wafers, bananas and remaining pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding mixture.
• CHILL thoroughly at least 3 to 4 hours; overnight is best.
• Garnish as desired – I use sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.
• For fun individual pudding desserts for guests; prepare mixture and layers in individual serving dessert dishes. Serve chilled.
