INGREDIENTS:
1 package or 1 pound frozen mixed fruit or peach slices, partially thawed
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2cup orange juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
6 packets sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until mixed well or turns smooth. - Best served immediately.
