INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 dashes sesame oil
- Dash red (cayenne) pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until
smooth. Chill before serving. Makes about 3/4 cup.
