Creme Sandwich Cookie Truffles
1 Pkg ( 8 Oz ) Light Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Pkg Fat Free Creme Sandwich Cookies, Crushed In Food Processor
1 Pkg ( 16 Oz ) White Chocolate ( Almond Bark )
1 Tbs Solid Shortening
Allow cream cheese to soften. Add crushed creme sandwich cookies until
well blended. Shape into 3/4" balls and refrigerate until well chilled.
Melt chocolate in glass bowl in mircowave oven, adding 1 tbs solid
shortening. Dip each truffle in chocolate and place on wax paper until
firm.
