Crescent Beef Stroganoff

1 ( 8 oz.) pkg. cresent rolls 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 8 oz. sliced mushrooms salt and pepper to taste 1/2 t. paprika 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Unroll crescent dough into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. In skillet brown beef and onion with mushrooms. Drain. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in sour cream spoon over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
