Crock Pot Beef Stew

Beef Stew

1 lb Beef stew chunks
6 med. potatoes, cut into chunks
1 cup Baby Carrots
2 stalks of celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 onion, cut into chunks
*bay leaves(2)- optional
4 cups Beef broth.(I use beef boullion cubes in hot water)

I put the beef stew chunks on the bottom , then the potatoes, carrots, celery and the the onions.
Pour the broth mix over the top, turn on low for 8 hours or high for 3 hours, then down to low for the last 2 hours…
Sevre with warn loaf of French bread/garlic bread.

I don’t put any salt in, because of the boullion
