Crock Pot Italian Beef

3 lb rump roast
1 pkg Good Season’s Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup of water
1 pkg Au Jus Gravy Mix
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
6 pepperoncini peppers

Mix all ingredients pour over roast in 5 qt crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. remove the roast and thinly slice. Return it back to the crock pot and cook on low for another hour.

Serve on toasted hoagies/buns with mozzarella or provolone cheese.
