This recipe doesn’t tell you to roll up the meat in the cabbage. Anyone seen it? There seems to be a discussion about it, but I can’t find the recipe.
Maybe I’m thinking of something else but I made this recipe called by the same name and there was no rolling up the beef in the cabbage. You used shredded cabbage. It’s not actually stuffed cabbage it just tastes exactly the same without all the work. I liked it a lot but I made mine on the stove top and used regular rice with was a big mistake(the rice kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger)…HA! If you don’t have instant rice as it calls for, use cooked rice or better yet, wait until you go to the store and buy some instant rice…HEEHEE!
