Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. pork, cut in 1" strips
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, with liquid
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

Directions:

Coat pork with paprika. In a 10 1/2" fry pan over medium heat, brown pork in oil.

In crock pot, mix brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pineapple liquid, vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

Add meat, onion and green bell peppers; stir.

Cover and put heat control to low. Cook 6 hours. Add pineapple chunks. Cover and cook one hour longer.

4 to 6 servings

This sounds really yummy. When it cools down a bit this will be one that I try. Thank you for posting.
