Put 1 pound cubed stewing beef and 1/4 cup each of chopped onions and mushrooms in slow cooker.
Add 1 can (14 1/2 oz) beef broth.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Stir in 1 tub of Philadelphia Chive and Onion cream chesse.
Toss with hot cooked pasta.
