Crockpot Salsa Roast

3 - 4 lbs beef roast of your choice, visible fat trimmed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
8 oz salsa

Combine ingredients in crockpot and cook on high 8 hours. Shred with forks and serve on buns, in tortillas, or on top of potatoes.

Add toppings of choice–sour cream, onions, salsa, cheese, chives, etc.

Freezes well after cooking.
