Crunchy Meatloaf Oriental

2 lb Beef, ground
1 md Onion; chopped
3/4 c Breadcrumbs, fine
1 md Green pepper; chopped
3 tb Soy sauce
1/3 c Catsup
2 Eggs
1/4 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Water chestnuts; finely chopped

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 12x6"loaf, and place on a rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until done.
