Crunchy Potato Balls

2 c very stiff mashed potatoes
2 c finely chopped fully cooked ham
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c mayo
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 to 4 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c crushed cornflakes

In a bowl, combine potatoes, ham, chesse, mayo, egg, mustard,and pepper; mix well. Add enough flour to make mixture stiff. Chill. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in cornflakes. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 6 dozens.
