Crushed Dried Herbs

The reason I crush dried herbs is to impart more flavor to dishes, Just rub them between your palms and put them into what ever you are cooking. That is why when I post a recipe using herbs I always say crush them instead of just putting them in the food. You’ll be surprised how much more flavorful the food is. I always put the herbs in the food the last 15 minutes of cooking it also imparts more flavor from the herbs.
